Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. ripe tomatoes, cut into thin edges
- 1 bunch fresh basil, leaves picked and thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp finely grated lemon zest
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Makes 10 (generous 1/2-cup) Servings
Combine tomatoes, basil, oil and zest in a serving bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
