- 2 tbsp crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- Hot pepper sauce
Makes 1/2 Cup
Mash blue cheese in a medium bowl, leaving some small lumps. Whisk in the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar and pepper sauce ot taste. Transfer to a small bowl and serve.
